We are located in Southern California and we ship everything through FEDEX within the continental USA. So if we receive your payment and it clears by 12pm Pacific Standard Time we will ship that same day 90% of the time. Otherwise it will ship the Next Day. It takes up to 5 BUSINESS DAYS to ship to the east coast. So that is BUSINESS DAYS, Saturday and Sunday do not count. INTERNATIONAL Customers:

We ship these orders through the US POSTAL SERVICE. So it takes an additional 2 BUSINESS DAYS to process your order since we have to take your package to the US POST OFFICE. Phone numbers are required by the US Postal Service for International Shipments. All TAXES AND DUTIES are the responsibility of the BUYER.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Returns and refunds will only be granted to customers who get a Return Authorization Number for our sales department. Before any credits are issued our customer service department will need to inspect all product and will distinguish weather or not the product is defective or not. Non-defective returns for credit are subject to shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
